Implement moving reference in SetViewPosition command
You can now position drawing views using sheet and drawing view corners and edges as reference. For example, you might want to position a drawing view with respect to top-right corner of the view and drawing sheet. So far you have been able to position views using bottom-left corner. Please see the documentation for details. Valid anchor points include sheet and view edge midpoints, too.
